Description

Professionals and managers from minority groups working in service-oriented organizations, often face offensive and racist attitudes from clients. To better understand the problem and develop effective approaches to deal with these situations, learners are invited to immerse in this simulation and visit a public hospital as inspectors on behalf of management. 

In this experience, learners accompany the medical staff and evaluate their interactions with selected patients. Learners are exposed to different forms of social based conflict situations, and how the medical team copes with the manifestations of micro aggression and blunt racism directed towards them and their colleagues.
