Learners are placed in a first-person role charged to help a company select and manage a complex high-risk project.
This narrative led experience will offer learners personalized immersion in an evolving situation in which a company has to decide how to build their next strategic move, and who will lead this project. Through a series of intense immersive scenes, choices will need to be made and evaluations submitted.
Body language is a universal medium of communication that transcends nations, cultures, and organisations. In addressing clients or team members, body language significantly influences how the message is perceived. To communicate effectively, leaders must not only focus on "what they say" but also on "how they say it," particularly concerning gestures, movements, and stance. Instinctively, people judge a leader's trustworthiness and competence based on their body language, impacting the leader's overall effectiveness as a communicator.
